Was driving on I-15 N and saw a bright green object moving rapidly in opposite directions. Was near a small mountain near a few desolate houses.

As I got closer I was able to see a spot light type of light coming down from the squarish body of it.

The object had what appeared to me as legs in a swimming motion. It appeared to be massive in size and life like. It was hovering about 4 or 5 stories off the ground.
