I was outside talking on the phone, when at the time 21:00 hrs I seen this blue fireball looking craft with white tail stream.

It did not have any sound it looked as if it were flying straight over the river to Monkey Island.

At that point the craft zoomed away and faded out of sight over Monkey Island.

This craft was traveling very fast and was below the clouds.
