Silent low level object with red&white lights flying into a head wind east of Bellefontaine Ohio.

Driving west on SR 47 I saw a single, silent flying object traveling east @ 25-35kts, 500-800 ft AGL directly against a 10kt headwind with steady red lights along the right side and white lights along the left.

Darkness & zero illumination prevented identification of a shape. I don't this was an aircraft because it was silent and red position lights are on the left wing of an conventional aircraft not the right. It was not a balloon or kite because it made 25 kts into the wind so it had to be powered.
