As I was in the ocean, meditating, I noticed a bright light in the sky that caught my eye. I looked up and to my right to see what looked similar to a police search light beaming straight down towards me. It glimmered a view times and then dimmed out.

I assumed it was an airplane, but it did a full 360° turn and then disappeared.
