3 orange lights in inverted triangle followed by another witnessed for several minutes.

I witnessed 4 orange lights moving west. 3 in an inverted triangular pattern with another one following a short distance behind.

After approximately 1 minute the pattern of 3 vanished while the single light continued on the same course for another minute before doing the same.
