Witness walked out of the house and looked up, saw the "lights" rotating. Thought they were Christmas lights.

Witness walked out of the house and just looked up, and there saw the "lights" rotating. Was leaving and thought maybe they were someone's Christmas display. Thought it would be visible later, but when witness returned from playing a basketball game at about 9:20 pm, looking in the now clear sky there were no lights.
