Saw neon orange oval craft hovering 3 to 4 ft above road.

I was walking down a road off CR 180 and South of I-90 when I saw a neon orange oval craft rise up from the top of a hill. In about 3 seconds it seemed to just "appear" hovering approximately 3 to 4 ft above the road. It nearly took up the width of the road.

The body of the craft seemed to be solid but the exterior was enveloped in a neon orange gaseous aura. Through the middle of the craft were round opaque plasma looking porthole windows. I would estimate that there were 6 to 8 of these porthole windows lining the middle of the craft. There was a space between each respective window. The craft made no noise and had no apparent propulsion system from what I could see.

I watched it for what seemed to be about 3 to 4 minutes.I would estimate I was approximately 15 ft away from the craft. Then it took off at insurmountable speeds at an angle in between two trees and seemed to just vanish in thin air.
