Black circle in sky, then shot off up wards in to the high sky

I looked out my bedroom window and I saw a black circle in the sky close to chosen hill/ Staverton Airport, it was just sat there doing nothing, then about 1.35 seconds later it shot up high into the sky, I was using some binoculars to see the black circle , I have seen this while I have been close to Staverton Airport, on other times too. Even now 2022.
