Location details: In the SW part of the sky while I was driving on I-90 Westbound.

Shape: Formation

While driving toward Seattle on I-90 Westbound a linear formation of 9 or so stationary lights

They were in a stationary tilted line, evenly spaced. The one close to the center was amber colored. This was way too low to the ground and static to be a starlink formation. Also the lights were large. Sighting lasted about 5 minutes. At no point did the objects move. No noise.
