Hovering in front of us on side of hill about 200 feet up , it was very bright a glow white light , illuminating the area around us

All rural area at night drove down Garrison Road approximately 8:00 pm ,very steep hollow.Thought it was moon as we approached but at stop sign realized it was not ,set there for about three minutes before we both panicked ,it was just hovering and very bright glow that lit up our car and trees.I turned right on Oakland Road and sped away .it was beside us for about few minutes.It was huge probably about 200ft.long and big as a house.then it was gone.Few days later return on Oakland road a bright blue ball passed in front of car and went down into the hollow.I stopped and jumped out it didn’t crash no sign of it.wife was screaming to get back in. I worked at the new nuclear power plant that was being built on Ohio river Approximately forty miles away.
