Fast moving object in the sky. Red and green lighting. Another object came out of it, same description.

I was watching fireworks when I saw a strange object flying in the sky. I thought it was a drone but it was too high up. It moved up, down, and side to side really fast and had lights blinking. I saw another one fly out of it and disappear. The lights went out a few times on it. The lights started going really fast and were mainly red.
