Sunny clear blue skies. Object was extremely high due to the small size, I assumed. It reflected 2 timesfor a few seconds then stopped.

Traveling east by car. I was admiring the beautiful shape clouds to the right because mostly the sky was clear & blue. It was then that the object caught my eye in the clear area of the sky, high above beyond airplane space away from the white puffy clouds. The object appeared shinny like a metal reflection then it disappeared. Seconds later it seem to come out again around the same area of sky without movement.
