Bright object with colored lights spotted on sky first still and then rapidly moving with erratic movements.

Bright large object with colored lights (blue white red) spotted on sky, lights shining with bright beams. At first , it was hovering in one spot and then started to rapidly move with erratic movements. Lights went off and object reappear on opposition location, very rapidly. The sound was very loud like a big jetplane.
