This is the second sighting of this object in the same location. It appears as a white pulsating light

Second sighting same location. Pulsating light. I grabbed binoculars and it looked like something flew of from it. So I grabbed my dslr and telescopic lens. This is what I saw. It appears to be very far away from me and hovering in the same spot
