I watched a white orb fly over nearby rooftops

I was standing at the base of the pine mountain ski jump watching the night sky, I saw movement out of the corner of my eye and witnessed a beach ball sized white orb traveling in a north to south direction just above the rooftops about 200 yards to the east and below me until it disappeared behind the hill i was standing on. This was before drones or anything else that it could have been.
