Seen with the naked eye.

Cigar shaped white light that was vertical. The light was not pulsating and there was no other flashing lights on it. It seemed to be Northwest of the location provided; Around Bear River Bay in the Great Salt Lake. I watched it for 40 minutes before going inside, I'm not sure how long it was there before or after I witnessed it.
