Looking west saw strange light that was stationary. It split into two . Visibility was clear. At the sane time saw two aircraft.

Saw light that split into two separate lights than converged back to one light Stationary but rotated. West of my vantage point. Within a minute -saw two 2 aircraft. One headed west the other north.

Faster than civilian prop driven aircraft. 7:45 pm Sunday. Clear skies night
