watched from my front porch

i was out side with my wife and saw this faded light to the west coming at us heading east and it was changing from a blured white to a bright shinny object about three different time it changed the same way ! and when i down loaded the video you can see when it changes from blured white to bright it shoots out a round puff or cloud from it !! it headed south east from my house and headed towards the kirkland air force base when it dissapered out of sight !!
