Summary : Blue-Green Light ball streaked in SW driection at low altitude making distinguishable buzzing sound. Object appeared to be traveling at supersonic speed however there was no sonic boom.

Blue-Green Light ball streaked at low altitude in SW direction making distinguishable buzzing sound. Object appeared to be traveling at supersonic speed however there was no sonic boom. I observed the object as it streaked past Redondo Beach, Torrance, and disappeared over Palos verdes Peninsula.
