10/09/03- 20:23gmt bonnybridge Scotland- dome shape light which disapeared quickly

weather:clear light conditions:twilight cloud cover:negligable visibility:good time:20:23gmt object distance: hard to conclude, however within 4 miles.

object shape:couldnt make out the object, however the light took the form of a dome shape bright white light.

Whilst traveling to Falkirk for a meal with my partner, we both noticed a bright light in the distance. At first we both thought it was a star, however as i was driving towards the direction of the light (above Falkirk)both myself and my partner clearly saw the white light become dome shape.after about one minute of clearly seeing the object we both witnessed the light simply disappear. however it was slightly strange as the light disappeared as if the light was being extinguished from the top to the bottom.
