faint orange lights high in sky moving rapidly at high altitude

whilst looking for shooting stars and satellites, noticed 5 faint orange lights approx same size as satellite would appear moving west to east. 3 objects remained in line whilst front 2 were jumping in front of each other rapidly trying to lead. duration across sky approx 5 - 10 secs. Had previously seen only two 2 days prior flying east to west again swapping lead very quickly.
