Light over the East River.

Uptown Manhattan. There is a hovering object, close to the moon, when looking up. It could be 20,000 feet up, I suppose. It stays fixed pretty much in one position, although it seems to sway a bit. It wavers in an elliptical pattern, with one smaller twinkling light and a larger constant light. The smaller light twinkles from yellow to red.
