Particually bright White light/s in the night sky

I had returned to my Home (Drovers Lodge) after a late night out and was looking out across and over are farmland (i.e South) when I noticed a strange set of white lights (which looked extremely close together) in the night sky the lights seemed EXCEPTIONALLY bright (more bright than Stars) and where at an altitude of 1,OOO FEET or so weather the lights where from one object or individual lights from two/three seperate objects I don't know as although they where not that far away they where far enough away and it was to dark to be able to determine one way or the other. I watched the lights for a short period of 25-30 seconds and then went inside I don't know what this object or objects where, but it did seem strange. These lights where in almost the same place where I saw a Pure White glowing Shape changing flying ball/Disc/Saucer Nine Years previously.
