He was a witness to the same event as another caller at about the same time. They apparently were at the same residence when they saw it.

I do not understand why both of them called.

Caller reported that he had seen a "green glowing orb shoot across the sky from south to north. It had sparks flowing off of it, and it colleded in the Olympic Mountains, he thought. There was a huge flash of light after the object (presumably) impacted.

He insisted that it was not a shooting star.
