| The caller noticed a small, circular, orange object, apparently hovering in the night sky to the south of the National Weather Service offices. The color of the object reminded the observer of the color of the orange flame at the bottom of the space shuttle when it is launched. The object was 65-70 degrees off the horizon, and it was larger than any of the stars in the sky, although smaller than the moon. He said that if a person were looking at the sky, he could not fail to miss it. |
