Three male adults were driving south on Highway 98, which crosses "3 Mile Bridge." To the east of them, they saw a bright yellow light, that appeared to expand outward, like a "runway light, or a tracer (round)."

Then, they saw something be shot out of the first object, and this process continued until a number of other items had been ejected from the first object. These secondary objects would disappear, then reappear, as the first object slowly was moving away from the observers' location. It moved farther out to sea, such that it was about 10 degrees above the horizon.

At this point, the primary object appeared to the observers to release one object, which moved to the left, and another object, which appeared to move to the right. Shortly thereafter, all three object appeared to be expelling lights, "or something."

The observers stopped their car to watch the process as it continued.
