An oval object full of lights, stationary on the sky

It was on the sky, approx. 300 m high and approx. 10-12 km from my place. First appears like a small light, which disappeared. Then it appeared again, very big, oval shape and full of lights. It remained like this for about 1-2 minutes, then disappeared slowly.

I tried to take a picture, but by the time my camera was ready, was gone.
