Small metallic saucer spotted over I-84 near Plantsville, CT.

Small, disc-like saucer spotted while driving on the highway; appeared to be small, but moving very fast and flipping over constantly. It seemed to fly at a constant speed and altitude, and appeared to be made of a metallic substance.
