Silver sphere with wings appeared, disappeared, reappeared, did 90 degree turn, then disappeared.

One silver sphere suddenly appeared, disappeared, reappeared, did a 90 degree turn, then disappeared.It was silent, and was straight up in the sky. When it did the turn we saw two wing-like appendages at the bottom.
