| Bright hovering object. It was a bright object. It appeared to be circular in shape. It moved slowly and at times seemed to stop in one place. we followed it with a camera thats mounted on top of (approximately) a 20 story building. The sky was clear. It was about 60 degrees outside. We followed it on video zooming in and out for about 45 minutes until it got very dim and disappeared into the horizon.
