| At 08:30 on wednesday 1/14/2004 I observed a burning object streaking over the skies of K.C.,Mo. on a security camera that was pointed at our boiler stack in an easterly direction. I zoomed in on it and it was black and had the shape of a rocket with flames starting at the nose of the vessel and continued up both sides of the vehicle.
