| Blackedout Helo Ops in Las Cruces, NM Not exactly UFO per se, but could be related to other report you may receive. There have been several report called in to the Us Border Patrol in El Paos, Tx (which covers this area) and calls in to Central Law Enfocement Dispatch in Las Cruces from individuals reporting Blackout Helocopter Operating in the area. This is highly unusual. |
