Spotted by 8 year old girl who looked out window after hearing a beeping noise. Described what she saw as a flying submarine with flashing red lights. Said she had never seen a plane or helicopter like it as it did not have wings or a propeller. however, it was dark, so may not have spotted all the standard helicopter or airplane attibutes.
