| washer shape in early night sky at Cornelius, Oregon 9/28/03 Washer shape with slight convex dome shape in middle.washer flat black, domeis sandlewood color. Two angled lines in dome. There looked to be space between the dome and washer shapes. At night just short of dark with city lights shining on it. About 1/4 mile high. About 60-80 ft in diameter by calculating angles.
