| Brigh light just blinked out. It appeared over the ohio river for about 10 seconds. It was a white light it was going at a slow pace sort of like a plane. But then it blinked out came back and then blinked out again. the sun was going down so i figured it was just the sun reflecting off of it. But i searched for the craft but couldn't see it anywhere.
