orange glowing ufo

went to let my dog in noticed this bright orange light hanging in the sky to the west it was really bright. watched it for about 10 minutes the next thing it went out and had 4 strobe lights flashing moving slowly to the east i watched it go up and out of sight. it is a clear dark night.
