| Object moved over area hovered,'flashing' then disappearing rapidly west up I report this on behalve a friend who called me from a residence overlooking Brighton.to view a a vidio cam' recording of what he had seen & vidioed.Having looked carfully at the vidio I feel sure that further investigation is warrented to establish an explination.I might add that this occured at the hight of the Labour (UK Government)party confrence in the city of Brighton.
