There were three red dot in triangle shape, that seemed to be much higher than planes passing through.

I was outside of my work and i saw three red dots that appeared to be in a triangular formation, i saw that all appear to shift at about the same time. I saw them again about two hours later and this time the kinda blinked a couple times and faded away. Strangest thing i ever saw happen in the sky.
