LARGE RED SPHERE COVERD IN WHITE LIGHTS HOVERING

A large Red sphere that was coverd in round, white lights hoverd in one place about 1 or 2 miles away. We looked and looked at it for awhile and then went inside to find some binoculars and then came out again and it was gone.
