Odd sphere hovering then disappearing in rural Oklahoma county.

An enormous spherical object was seen by two individuals on a rural eastern Oklahoma County road (Memorial) near Poole, Oklahoma southwest of Luther. It was on the northern horizon and was dark colored. It seemed to glow a few shades lighter than the night sky. It did not move, only hovered what seemed to be only a few feet from the ground. By the time the two individuals realized what they were seeing, it disappeared.
