| I saw a moving lighting object in the sky from 9th floor balcony in Bethesda Maryland. A round white lighting spot over the clouds moving extremely fast in a circle in the sky, repeatedly for more than 3 hours. I spotted it around 22:30 and it is still there around 1 am.
