| Unexplained whooshing noise (April 17th 2007)- Peterborough, UK In the Early Afternoon of April 17th 2007 I experienced what can only be described as a whooshing sound (similar to the sound of a firework rocket) that travelled in an easterly direction just above our house and garden and lasted for about 2 seconds, there was no aircraft visible at the time and the sky was clear, with only one or two small clouds, I had a look about and could not find anything that could have made the noise. |
