| 4 White lights continually circling over area in sky and joining in center at a point 11/22/07 9pm. 4 white circular lights traveling in a circle and then all meeting in center. This has been continuing for the last hour over the skies of Lewes, DE. Lights continue to move in the same direction...meeting in center and then traveling back into a circular motion once again. I was walking outside and met others on the street. We continued to watch the lights for an hour.
