| Bright white hoovering object 10,000 ft. high, stationary..then moving north very slowely...decreases in altitude to about 5,000 ft. moving very slowely, hoovers again, and assends till out of sight slowely. No vapor trail, too high and moved too slowely for anything Ive seen. Clear sunny day today and object was too bright for any so called reflictions.
