| Large Green light over leesburg, VA Large green glowing object approx. the size of the moon dipped below the clouds swiftly, then around 25-30 seconds later went quickly back into clouds and disappeared. Moved too quickly for and manmade aircraft. Seemed to be SE of Leesburg possibly near Dulles International Airport.
