| Rectangle with chasing lights on the bottom My husband and I were pulling out of a walmart parking lot and we seen what looked to my husband as a banner like the ones pulled my airplanes but then we noticed it had lights on it that were like the chasing lights, there were about 4 rows of yellows lights on it. then it just dissapeared. |
