pink light, came closer, looking like a white object, than reoccurred three more times in same area over the next half hour

first saw over head while driving, bright pink ball, moved closer quite fast, turned widely in about three quarters of a circle and headed on in that direction. we continued to drive around the area looking and once we turned back on the road where we first saw it, it was again exactly where it started when we first saw it but it wasn't as bright and it looked more white with flashing lights now but it was traveling too low and fast to be a type of plane, it came back in the same area twice more flying around heading in no clear direction
