| Amber light floating in one place, deposited several blue or green lights for 2 minutes before drifting away. My husband and I looked out of our window from a 3rd story condo and saw an amber-colored light floating about 10-15 stories in the sky and about 2 blocks away. It stayed in one place and deposited about 9 or 10 slightly smaller lights. The lights that dropped were blue or green in color and faded before they made contact with the ground. At first, I thought it was a firework. But when the light stayed in one place for so long, before drifting away, I knew it could not be a firework. I grabbed my camera and filmed the amber light as it drifted away. Observer 1 : 35 year old female. Pet Sitting business owner. No history of mental illness.
