Pulsating white light over Encino, CA

I was facing to the east and saw a pulsating white light forming a "V" beyond the clouds. It lasted 45 minutes, stopped and started again. After an hour, the light changed into a ball, pulsating into two lights then back to one. Then it stopped completely.
