| Light over Independent Hill VA One stationary light or lamp, very high in the night sky. The beam from the light was moving as if the source was an eye looking around. After the light focused on me it seemed to rotate back or roll back and disappeared just leaving a hole or void in the cloud cover. I do know what a helicopter looks and sounds like, even at night.
